John Burke

Founder and Principal

John was born and raised in Arlington, VA where he lives with his wife and family. He is passionate about public service and has gained extensive experience in the management of information technology working as a civil servant. In 2019 he was appointed to the Arlington County Information Technology Advisory Commission and currently serves as the Chair. He founded Impulse Consulting to help small, mission driven organizations grow and thrive.
